Opening early 2026, our new boutique heritage hotel will bring 24 uniquely designed rooms to one of Europe’s most enchanting coastal cities. 

Rooted in history, elevated by design – our upper-upscale hotel pairs the soul of Dalmatian heritage with a sophisticated modern aesthetic. Think timeless stone walls offset by sleek lines, rich textures, curated local art, and premium in-room comforts. Every detail is crafted to reflect Split’s vibrant spirit, while indulging guests in contemporary luxury.

With only 24 rooms, we’re intentionally intimate. That means personalized service, immersive local experiences, and a space where every guest feels like they’ve discovered a secret – because they have.

OTP Tower

Rises 55 meters over 12 sleek and functional floors. Completed between 2015 and 2016, it quickly established itself as a landmark of modern architecture and corporate identity in Split.

Today, it proudly houses the headquarters of OTP Bank Croatia, formerly known as Splitska banka, a financial institution with deep historical roots and a strong regional presence. This move not only centralized the bank’s operations but also reinforced its commitment to staying at the heart of Dalmatian economic life.

The tower’s contemporary glass façade and minimalist lines reflect the progressive vision of the Westgate development, blending form and function while adhering to the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency.

Inside, it offers state-of-the-art office space, designed to support a modern work environment, with an emphasis on natural light, open-floor flexibility, and energy-conscious infrastructure.

Strategically located along one of Split’s main arteries, OTP tower connects easily to key transport links, including the city center, port, and airport, making it a convenient base for both local and international business.
